We thank you very much for the sympathy, the good wishes and the request of many customers and friends to open a donation account for the repair and service center R.U.S.Z!
Since the R.U.S.Z. GmbH is in bankruptcy, the repair offer had to be stopped. The good news is that the R.U.S.Z - Verein zur Förderung der Sozialwirtschaft can step in and will initially offer on-site repairs of major household appliances again. Customers will be able to take advantage of the new repair bonus starting on 25.9. We are also working on a solution for workshop repairs (small electrical appliances, audio/video/IT and coffee machines), but this will take some time.
